Welcome to playplonline.pro, the home of the browser arcade game Tropi Pop Paradise (the "Game"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Sunset Pop Studio ("we", "us", "our").
By visiting the website, launching the Game, or interacting with any of our content, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. Eligibility

2. The Game
Tropi Pop Paradise is a reflex-based arcade where you tap on falling fruit-themed objects to score points. Gameplay outcomes depend on your timing, accuracy and skill — there is no element of chance that resembles a wager, and no monetary value is attached to in-game scores.
Scores are stored locally on your device for your own enjoyment and have no monetary value.
3. Acceptable Use
When you use the Game, you agree NOT to:

- Reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the Game's source code beyond what is permitted by mandatory law.

- Use the Game to send spam, malware, or any unlawful, hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit content.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Interfere with the Game's performance for other users (DDoS, flooding, exploits, etc.).
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access for anyone who breaches these rules.
4. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website and the Game — including code, art, design, animations, names, logos, sound and text — are owned by Sunset Pop Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
5. User Submissions
If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports or any other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for the purposes of operating, improving and promoting the Game. You confirm that your submission does not infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Third-Party Services & Links
The website may include ads, links or embedded content from third parties (e.g. Google AdSense). We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products or services. Your interaction with third parties is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Availability & Changes
The Game is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may, at any time and without notice:
- Update, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

You play at your own risk. We do not guarantee the Game will be free of errors, bugs, viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunset Pop Studio, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed EUR 50 or the equivalent in your local currency.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunset Pop Studio from any claim, loss, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the Game, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in force.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sunset Pop Studio is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one that comes closest to the original intent.
